#24- Green Day- Dookie
This breakthrough album for the post pop punk (PPP) boys had a very welcome reissue this past year.
#23- Vince Guarladi Trio- A Charlie Brown Christmas
The green vinyl reissue was a healthy seller, as was all Christmas music this past year.
#22- Borns- Dopamine
The latest release from Borns continues to be a strong seller into the new year. Staff pick and favorite.
#21- Yawpers- American Man
The major label debut from this Denver based group came out on Bloodshot records and is still blowing us away. Highly recommended.
#20- Sharon Jones- It’s A Holiday Soul Party
Another great album from the reigning soul queen and another holiday favorite issued in 2015.
#19- The Get Up Kids- Red Letter Day
This Black Friday Record Store Day (RSDBF) 10″ release from these local KC boys was very popular and we still have a couple copies in stock.
#18- Guardians of the Galaxy- OST
It was a best seller for 2014 too. Probably 2016 as well. Everybody loves this soundtrack.
#17- Frank Zappa- Feeding the Monkies at Ma Maison
Another RSDBF 2015 release that sold like gang busters. We recently got a few additional copies of this very limited release in. Get them while you can.
#16- Ryan Adams- Gold
Mr. Adams had several new releases this year, but this classic album out sold them all. Maybe it is our best in Kansas City, everyday low price of $13?
#15- Gorillaz- Gorillaz

#14- Massive Attack- Mezzanine
This recent reissue is difficult to keep in stock, but we have done our best with all of our distributors and have sold a boat load of this classic. Come pickup your copy today.
#13- Beirut- No No No
The newest release from Beirut has been on many Best of 2015 lists. The indie only blue vinyl edition we have been selling all year just keeps on pleasing our customer’s and staff’s ear holes. Such a great album.
#12- Twenty-One Pilots- Blurryface
This 2015 new release has flown off the shelves. A couple of KC shows in 2015 helped get the word out.
#11- Kendrick Lamar- Good Kid: M.A.A.D. City
To Pimp A Butterfly was atop many Best Of 2015 lists, but production issues kept it out of the Best Sellers title.(we now have it in stock once again). Good Kid sold all through 2015 and has continued to be a customer favorite. Maybe To Pimp A Butterfly will surpass it in 2016.

This 2012 release just keeps selling.

Classic. Nothing more needs to be said. Top ten every year.

J. Cole’s latest has been going home with our customers all through 2015.

Beck’s beautiful Dreams RSDBF 12″ was a customer favorite and still in stock.
#6- Buzzcocks- Another Music In A Different Kitchen
Their debut reissued for RSDBF on contrasting orange vinyl. It was sure to be a 2015 best seller.
#5- Nathaniel Rateliff- Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats
This Stax Records release shows no sign of slowing down in Kansas City with another soon to be sold out local show coming soon from Nathaniel and the boys. It’s a staff favorite.
#4- Wilco- Star Wars
2015 surprise album release of the year. Sold out local show. Stunning white vinyl indie only release. Oh, and Nels Cline. It’s always about Nels Cline. We LOVE this album!
#3- Stevie Ray Vaughn- A Legend In The Making
Through whatever means necessary we have kept this RSDBF release in stock. First time on vinyl (double gray colored vinyl at that) and very limited, this early SRV show has made many customers very happy and was a top seller for 2015 at The Vinyl Underground at 7th Heaven.
