Post Malone – F-1 Trillion (Double LP)
The sixth album from Post Malone and first-ever full-length country album this year. Paving the way was the first single “I Had Some Help” with Morgan Wallen. Post also released “Pour Me A Drink” featuring Blake Shelton, the two recently connected at CMA Fest where they debuted the track to the sold-out Nissan Stadium crowd. Also feature appearances from Tim McGraw, Dolly Parton, Luke Combs, Lainey Wilson, Sierra Ferrell, Chris Stapleton, Billy Strings, Hank Williams, Jr. & Jelly Roll.

Dinosaur Jr – Farm (15th Anniversary Edition, Green Colored Vinyl)
Farm encompasses Dinosaur Jr.’s signature palette: soaring and distorted guitar, unshakable hooks, honey-rich melodies. At times wholly 70’s guitar-epic, at times perfect for sitting by a babbling brook with Joni and Neil, these songs get into your head and stay there, bouncing happily around. The ear-catching “Plans” is nearly seven minutes of classic whipped-topping rock dessert, while “I Don’t Wanna Go There” is a meat-and-potatoes main dish, mixing unapologetic lead guitar with straight-ahead delivery a la James Gang or Humble Pie. This expanded deluxe edition of Farm features four songs never pressed to vinyl and never given worldwide release:”Houses”, “Whenever You’re Ready” (The Zombies Cover), “Creepies” (Instrumental), and “Show”. “Whenever You’re Ready”, a cover of classic pop-rockers The Zombies, is impossibly good for a hidden gem; Murph stomps in with a sledgehammer to the kit, J and Lou layer low-end and fuzz like two halves of one brain, and right when things feel biggest, airy and colossal, there’s J with a lightning bolt of a guitar solo. Pure electricity and melody like only he can make. Recorded in J Mascis’ Bisquiteen studio in Amherst, Massachusetts, Farm was produced by Mascis himself, and delivers the singular, unique energy of one of America’s greatest living rock bands.

Dirty Heads – Home – Phantoms of Summer: The Acoustic Sessions (10th Anniversary, Picture Disc Vinyl)

The album was originally released on October 29, 2013 and now comes a Limited Edition Zoetrope Picture Disc Vinyl that creates a flip book style illusion but across vinyl so once it starts playing the vinyl itself looks animated across the picture.

Lee Morgan -The Gigolo (Blue Note Classic Vinyl Series)
Following the runaway success of The Sidewinder in 1964, Alfred Lion continued to record trumpeter Lee Morgan frequently in the hopes of capturing another funky boogaloo hit. While his subsequent albums may not have scaled the same commercial heights, Morgan certainly delivered the musical goods on his 1965 albums The Rumproller, The Gigolo, and Cornbread, all of which stand among the finest outings in his formidable discography. Recorded over two dates that Summer, The Gigolo featured Morgan with a dynamic quintet comprised of Wayne Shorter on tenor saxophone, Harold Mabern on piano, Bob Cranshaw on bass, and Billy Higgins on drums. A supremely confident set of swaggering hard bop, the album kicks off with the groovy opener “Yes I Can, No You Can’t,” one of four Morgan originals featured here along with the up-tempo gems “Trapped” and “Speedball,” and stirring explorations of the 11-minute “The Gigolo.” The album closes with an exceptional arrangement of the ballad “You Go To My Head” which sways with sensual movement.

Mazzy Star – So Tonight That I Might See (Violet Smoke Colored Vinyl)
Limited violet smoke, purple, and black splatter vinyl LP pressing. On this, the band’s second album, the core emphasis remained a nexus point between country, folk, psych, and classic rock all shrouded in mystery, and Hope Sandoval’s trademark drowsy drawl remained swathed in echo. The hit single “Fade Into You” brought Mazzy Star unprecedented success.

The Muffs – The Muffs
Their classic debut, expanded and back on vinyl! The Muffs burst onto the California music scene at the beginning of the ’90s, and after a few independent singles and EPs, they were quickly snapped up by Warner Bros. Records. Entering the studio with David Katznelson and Rob Cavallo (who would go on the helm records from Green Day, Goo Goo Dolls, and more), The Muffs roared from speakers across the country in 1993.

Wayne Shorter – Juju (Blue Note Classic Vinyl Edition)
1964 was a momentous year in the musical life of Wayne Shorter. At the start of the year the saxophonist was still a member of Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers, appearing on classic Blue Note albums like Free for All and Indestructible. Shorter made his own auspicious label debut that spring with Night Dreamer and that summer he joined the Miles Davis Quintet cementing a line-up that would become one of the seminal bands in jazz history. When he returned to the studio for Blue Note in August it was in the company of three musicians with strong ties to John Coltrane: pianist McCoy Tyner, bassist Reggie Workman, and drummer Elvin Jones. The resulting album JuJu is a marvel in Shorter’s formidable discography which presents six of his evocative original compositions including the churning title track, the mesmerizing “House of Jade,” and the brightly swinging “Yes Or No.”
